SERVICES WE PROVIDE

In exchange for your in advance payment Owl Designs will host your website, as long as you (user, customer) follow and respect the terms and conditions placed by Owl Designs. We (Owl Designs) will provide the services you sign up for accordingly to the specifications in the plan’s or plans’ descriptions. When purchasing or ordering marketing supplies, payment should be made in advance. Once you have approve the final copy, Owl Designs will sent the final copy to a third party printing company and any changes on the final copy cannot be applied.

PERMISSION TO HOST YOUR WEBSITE

In order for Owl Designs to host your website and website’s content, you need to upload your own and original content to Owl Designs server. By uploading your content you are creating copies of that content and give Owl Designs permission to maintain these copies to make them available to people who visit your website or websites. You are responsible for providing all content in your website or websites.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

When ever purchasing any service or product from Owl Designs, we will collect personal information from you, including your credit card information. Personal information will be used for records only and Owl Designs will not sell your information to third parties. By using Owl Designs services or purchasing any products you give permission to Owl Designs to collect your personal information.

WEBSITE BACKUPS

Owl Designs greatly stresses that you create your own backup of your website or websites. Files that are over 40 MB will not be able to be backup. Owl Designs can not be responsible for any server failure meaning that in a case of a server failure Owl Designs is not responsible for your website or website’s files. Owl Designs will not keep additional copies (besides does uploaded to the server) of your website or websites.

UNACCEPTABLE USE / ILLIGAL ACTIVITY

Owl Designs will not tolerate any of the following practices that include, but are not limited to:

• Hacking, including any form of trying to access any account that does not belong to you.
• Uploading any file, including pictures, video, audio, or written work, that violates another’s copyright or property. In order words please only upload any file that belongs to you.
• Spamming, including sending large amounts of unsolicited email.
• Linking any content to your website or websites that belongs to someone else.
• Content that is considered obscene, abusive, or vulgar.
• Unloading any type of pornography.
• Hosting games, mp3 files, and audio files to be download by others.
• Hosting large amounts of files and data not directly linked to your website’s primary purpose. Owl Designs is not a file storage company, we simply host websites.
• Hosting proxy scripts, pirated software, commercial audio streams, investment sites, bank programs, lottery sites, hate sites, or any other program/file/archive that may be considered illegal by local laws.

Any account to be found doing any of the listed unacceptable uses will be terminated immediately.

RESOURCES (BANDWIDTH, DISK SPACE, EMAIL ACCOUNTS, ANY OTHER RESOURCES)

Owl Designs provides your website or websites with bandwidth, disk space, email accounts, mysql databases, with the amount of available resources (server capabilities) for each in the plan’s description. Owl Designs may not establish a specific amount of available resources for bandwidth, disk space, email accounts, and other features, and are label or refer to as “unlimited.” In all accounts the services that Owl Designs provides you with are intended to be for normal usage. Any activity from your website or websites that result from excessive usage that is not consistent with normal patterns is strictly prohibited. Owl Designs reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or terminate any of your accounts because of excessive usage. You agree to follow such protocols and not exceed normal usage limits. If your site does exceed normal usage if any monetary issues occur you are responsible. Owl Designs will monitor every account’s usage of bandwidth, disk space, email accounts, and any other features and if found to be violating the terms of Owl Designs will be suspend or terminated with or without notification.

DOMAINS

When purchasing any service from Owl Designs, the user agrees to pay any fees that come along with registration of a domain. A $15.00 will be assessed for every domain registered every year. In case of you canceling your account a $5.00 fee will be assessed for every domain under your account. User agrees to pay all fees.

JOINING OWL DESIGNS

When you decide sign up for any of Owl Designs services, your account will be enabled with auto-renewal, meaning that every time your payment date occurs your hosting plan and domain can be renew (renew means to be available to be visit by customers). At the time of renewal your credit card on file will be billed or charged for the amount specify in the plan description. If you want to discontinue the renewal you have to cancel your account 15 days prior to the renewal date. You have 30 days from your payment date to make full payment, if payment is not received within does 30 days Owl Designs reserves the right to cancel your account. 30 days after your initial cancelation if payment is not yet received Owl Designs will delete all your files permanently. Meaning that you have 60 days to make your payment and not get your files deleted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Owl Designs be liable to you or any of your associates from any direct or indirect loss (monetary, social, personal) because of you using our services. You agree to free Owl Designs from any negative issues arising. You agree that Owl Designs is not liable in the event that loss or damages occurs to you or your business because of the use of Owl Designs services. You agree that you are fully responsible for your website or websites and its content.

TERMS MAY CHANGE

At any given moment as Owl Designs may seem fit, the terms and conditions may change without prior notification.
